El Gordo Taqueria started with a simple belief: that the best tacos come from the fastest hands and the freshest ingredients. No freezers. No shortcuts. Just corn masa pressed every morning and salsas cooked down slow so they taste like someone's abuela made them.
We've been a Bellevue neighborhood staple ever since. Locals bring their families, their friends, and their appetites — and we make sure every plate leaves the pass hot, honest, and generously portioned.
